The Company

Hobocans is the company that brings you the HoboHookah. Hobocans LLC is the legal name for the company, and is based in Jersey City, New Jersey. While the HoboHookah is a cool product, look forward to Hobocans supplying you with the best hookah supplies and information as well as products dealing with travel and the tastes of the world.

Security for Transactions:

All transactions are currently processed through PayPal. PayPal uses world class ecryption and does not share customer data with anyone. To view the PayPal security policy, click this link.

Return Policy:

All HoboHookahs and products sold by Hobocans LLC carry a 14 day limited money back guarantee for either unwanted or defective merchandise. Merchandise must be in a “unused state” and the customer must cover all costs associated with returning the merchandise to Hobocans LLC. Hobocans will then return any funds due back to the customer.

Hobocans will otherwise work to ensure the satisfaction of all of its customers and it is within the discretion of Hobocans to award refunds on a case basis.

Shipping Method:

Hobocans will determine the shipping method for all merchandise. All merchandise will be shipped with a tracking number. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to receive the package on the date it is due to be delivered. We currently only ship to the continental US, please email us if you are outside of this geographic area before purchasing.
