Commentary on hookahs, smoke rings, and The Dream

You can bet your bottom dollar that we think the HoboHookah will blow your smoking mind right out of the smoking stratosphere. It sure blows ours and that’s why we dig it so much. But, with that, there’s a soft spot in our heart for a hookah bar that just does it right. We found one of those while checking out the Heart Land vibes over in Lawrence, Kansas.
Cruising down Massachusetts Street, we happened upon the Hookah House with great delight. The Amr Diab over the speakers, sweet amber aromas floating through the air, and the coal tender dressed in black all took me back to my favorite cafe in Egypt, Tornados. With its soft benches and mats on the floor, we soon found ourselves horizontal, each lost in our own thoughts, occasionally brought back by the rhythmic beats of the drums being played by a few other patrons.

So, Hookah House family, we salute you. Our camera was getting low on juice, so our photos aren’t award winning, but here’s a little taste of the glory.
