How do I check my order status?

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries except Canada, Taiwan, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The reason that we don't ship to these countries is due to a history of customs problems or fraud. Please email us if you have any questions.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the order. All orders must be returned in original unused condition with all accessories. The return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer. There is also a 10% restocking fee to cover our shipping and processing costs. A refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned order. An emailed receipt will be sent to the provided email address.
I didn't get an email confirmation of my order. How do I get one?
Our shopping cart automatically sends out an email confirmation after each order is finalized. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please email us at store@hobohookah.com and we will send you out another one.
Can I add things or make changes to my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes to your order. If it is during normal business hours, please call us at 201.253.5812 so that we can make changes to your order before it is shipped out. If it is after business hours, please send us an email with your changes.
What are the international shipping rates?
Our base international shipping rate is $30.00. For each additional pound (1 kilo = 2.2 pounds), the shipping rate increases by approximately $4.00. After adding your items to the shopping cart and selecting your country, the shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping cost. If you are only ordering a HoboHookah pipe, please drop us a note to hook you up.
Do you accept payments through PayPal?
No. In March of 2005, PayPal put a ban on the use of its services to buy or sell tobacco.
Why doesn't USPS offer tracking for my package?
USPS only offers information to confirm that they have received a package and that they have delivered it. They don't offer information to show where the package is in transit.
I placed my order. Why hasn't my credit card been charged?
In order to prevent fraud, all international orders go through a screening process before the credit card is charged. This process normally takes 1 - 2 business days.
Why is my credit card declining due to an AVS mismatch?
All of our credit cards are processed with a security system to verify that the address matches the credit card. However, some cards do not communicate with our security system and can't be accepted.
