How do I check my order status?

Do you ship to my country?

In 2010 we decided to only ship to customers in the United States. It was a difficult decision as we want to support HoboHeroes around the world, but shipping difficulties and costs don't allow us to maintain the level of service we strive to maintain.

However, international customers do have the following options:

• HoboHookah available in Brazil
• HoboHookah available in Canada

What is your return policy?

Our policy is simple: You have a 30 days to test everything out... if you aren't absolutely thrilled with your order, simply drop us an email and we'll tell you where to return your gear. Once we receive your return, we'll refund your purchase price (shipping not included). No harm, no foul.

I didn't get an email confirmation of my order. How do I get one?

Our shopping cart automatically sends out an email confirmation after each order is finalized. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder or search your inbox for emails from the HoboHookah.com.

If you still don't see anything, please email store@hobohookah.com and we'll send you another one. You can also check your order here.

Can I add things or make changes to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes to your order. If it is during normal business hours, please call us at 1.877.420.8770 so we can make changes to your order before it ships out. If it is after business hours, please send us an email with your changes.

Do you accept payments through PayPal?

No. In March of 2005, PayPal put a ban on the use of its services to buy or sell tobacco.

I placed my order. Why hasn't my credit card been charged?

In order to prevent fraud, orders go through a screening process before the credit card is charged. In rare cases, this process may take up to 2 business days.

Why is my credit card declining due to an AVS mismatch?

All of our credit cards are processed with a security system to verify that the address matches the credit card. However, some cards do not communicate with our security system and can't be accepted.
