How do I check my order status?

What is your return policy?

Our policy is simple: You have a 30 days to test everything out... if you aren't absolutely thrilled with your order, simply drop us an email and we'll tell you where to return your gear. Once we receive your return, we'll refund your purchase price (shipping not included). No harm, no foul.

I didn't get an email confirmation of my order. How do I get one?

Our shopping cart automatically sends out an email confirmation after each order is finalized. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder or search your inbox for emails from the HoboHookah.com.

Can I add things or make changes to my order?

Please please send us an email us as soon as possible to make changes to your order.

Do you accept payments through PayPal?

No. In March of 2005, PayPal put a ban on the use of its services to buy or sell tobacco.

I placed my order. Why hasn't my credit card been charged?

In order to prevent fraud, orders go through a screening process before the credit card is charged. In rare cases, this process may take up to 2 business days.

Why is my credit card declining due to an AVS mismatch?

All of our credit cards are processed with a security system to verify that the address matches the credit card. However, some cards do not communicate with our security system and can't be accepted.
